WPM Real Estate Management recently appointed Jordan Fox to the role of Commercial Property Manager where he will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of the firm’s commercial properties.  Working closely with Michael Klein, President of Commercial Management and Construction Services, Fox will also assist in expanding the commercial division’s portfolio, leveraging his experience with multi-tenant retail and office properties.

“Jordan brings significant experience to the commercial management team,” says Klein. “In addition to managing commercial real estate, his industry knowledge and real estate development experience leading due-diligence processes for the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial properties, conducting feasibility studies, and working with project surveyors and environmental consultants are an asset for WPM and our clients.”

Prior to joining WPM, Fox managed a West Coast portfolio consisting of 61 (~600,000 SF) properties where he was responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports on full portfolio-level financials, vacancy rates, tenant mix, lease expirations, and leasing activity for lenders and current investors. He also oversaw and coordinated routine, ad-hoc and major maintenance initiatives, as well as developed and maintained tenant relationships, facilitated move-in/move-outs, rent collection, late fees, and evictions. His background also includes experience leading a data integrity team within the United States Air Force where his work increased the unit’s deployment readiness and saved over 100-man-hours annually, earning him the Air Force Achievement Medal.  Fox holds membership with both Community Associations Institute (CAI) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
